1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Delivery Timings: While we aim for specific slots, delivery times may vary based on traffic and weather. Standard delivery is between 9 AM and 9 PM.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or concierge. If no safe option exists, the order will be returned to our hub. Re-delivery fees will apply.
  • Lost/Damaged: In case of lost shipments, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.

2. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." Refunds are only processed if the flowers are defective, significantly damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Reporting Issues: You must email contact@phoolbag.com with photos of the damaged product within 3 hours of delivery.
  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation requests must be made 4 business days in advance. Refunds will be processed based on the remaining unused credit.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items and special event orders (e.g., Valentine's Day pre-orders) are final sale.

3. General Terms & Liability

  • Price Changes: Phoolbag reserves the right to change prices at any time due to market fluctuations in flower costs (e.g., during festive seasons).
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, resulting from the use of our services.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City].
